How To Grow Wheat grass & Make Panacea Water
1. Select good quality full wheat grain (preferably organically produced).
2. Soak grains in water for 8 hours, changing water in the middle.
3. Drain water and leave wheat grains in a tray. Cover it with a piece of wet cloth. Allow
sprouting for about 2 days.
4. During sprouting period the cloth must be kept moist (watered), and the location should
be dark.
5. After you see the root of the wheat is about 1 inch, then you have 2 choices to make:
The Panacea Water.
The sprouted wheat grains can be washed and then soaked in cold, boiled water for 18-24
hours to make a nutritious fermented drink. This procedure can be repeated twice. The
fermented drink is rich in enzymes and help digestion . It contains vitamin A & E
which help to strengthen one's immune system. It's especially good for those facing
constipation problems.
The Wheat Grass
Sprinkle sprouted wheat grain onto a wooden tray with 1 inch soil inside. (compost,
burnt soil etc., but not chemical fertilizer). It should be kept watered but not
excessively (which cause rotting). Leave the tray under a tree and cover the top with some
planks. Water the wheat once a day. Open the planks after the wheat grains grow to ~10cm.
Its functions: It contains enzymes which cleans the blood to provide vitality. The chlorophyl also can help to reduce the bad smell of the body, and help to reinforce our body defense system by creating more hemoglobin.
6. Leave the wheat grass under the morning sun for 2-3 days and this will be the best
time to harvest it. (You will see the leave turn to deep green color)
7. The harvested wheat grass (cut by scissors at the base of the wheat grass, which can
grow one more time) can be pounded and squeezes to obtain its juice. Drink instantly.
Preferably one hour before meal or 2 hours after meal. Begin with a small quantity of
about 30 cc daily, and then increase gradually to 100 cc.

Some comments:
1. In tropical climate, the soaking hour for wheat and alfalfa are around 8 and 10 hours
respectively, the alfalfa can be place on the wet cotton and put in a dark place. Water
one time a day shall be sufficient.
2. In tropical climate, the soaking hour for the panacea water is ~18 hour. Too long will make it taste more sour. If the quality of the wheat grains is too poor, then you have to select the growth one only in order to avoid a "sour" and "stinky" drinks. If you use the organic grown wheat grains, the mortality rate is ~1%, sure you can save a lot of time, but it charge you more...Oh yes, you also have to discard the deformed wheat grains, otherwise they you become rotten in both case.
